Work in Progress - May 22, 2008 Latest Update: February 2009 Apparently sometime in the past few months I lost all updates for 2008 except for my front page. I'm working on rebuilding those as the backup files are unfortunately prior to 2008 as well, or early 2008. All the new dolls are being added by hand as I can. I'm going to make an Available Dolls page as well. I have three that are available now. Two are on Ebay and one will be added this weekend. January 2009 I'm going to work on doing a monthly update to this website, adding new products, new prints, new dolls. Certain dolls will be available here through Etsy, and others on Ebay. As a full time college student, my releases will be approximately 1-2 dolls a month and 1-2 paintings per month. Many people aren't aware that the fees for selling on Ebay have become rather expensive, lowering the incentive to create dolls for a lot of the more unique artists out there. The new site is called FaeBae and features a lot of different categories for art, including paintings, digital art, clothing and costuming, art dolls, sculptures, miniatures, crafts, jewelry, web design and scrap booking. I'd like to see this site take off as so much work has been put into it and Ebay could use a good competitor or two so that they don't have the freedom of a near monopoly online with Auctions. I have listed my faerie Nicolette over on FaeBae and will keep her there until she sells. She's listed with a starting price of $24.99 and a buy it now of $35. In other words, she's a steal at that price. Please take the time to check out this site and check it often. There's usually a vicious cycle in which buyers won't visit a site because there are no items for sell and sellers won't sell them because there are no buyers. It has to start somewhere. This business is someone's dream, an answer to the prayers of many creators and suppliers. Nicolette on FaeBae My About Me page has also been updated. September 5, 2008 We're adding new dolls, archival style, and also adding new dolls and sculptures that are available -now- for purchase. Are you waiting for a certain type of doll to show up on Ebay once more or a design I've made in the past, but haven't been creating lately? Tired of wondering why I'm not making cats lately?
