Name: Aislynn
Date of birth: February 2007
Inspiration: I see so many lovely pregnant faeries online. I wanted to bring one to life as my first faerie. Aislynn has taken the time to stop in the woods to rest by a small stream lined with rocks. The flowers at the edge draw her notice and there is something calming about a walk through the forest and the subsequent rest by a babbling stream. Most days Aislynn spends chasing after her toddling son. Today, her beloved, a blacksmith in the treasured employ of the King of Faeries is watching the little one, waiting for his sweet expectant love to return home. However, she might simply take a little nap before she goes home. She was going to have a faerie cat and a toddler, but I decided to stop right here.
She is accompanied by the pictured watercolor 9x12" painting.
Materials: She's a creation with Premo white and Cernit chocolate and Beige clay. She was painted with acrylics and has eyelashes. Her hair is long, brushed out braids and sports a cute topknot wrapped in beads. Her gown was painstakingly hand beaded and given a tattered look. She is anatomically correct and comes with her own base of stones and lilies with grass. she has a necklace, armband and a bracelet and has a nice French manicure. Her wings are wire and acetate with glitter inclusions. They are detachable and poseable.
NOTE: She's in my private collection, but if you find you are interested in purchasing her, please feel free to contact my via email.
