Dream A Little Dream

Date: 3-7-2006 Inspiration: I had planned to work on a certain painting while at my mom's one weekend doing laundry before we moved. However, I had forgotten my sketches at home. The idea I had for a filigree moon was still kicking me, begging me to bring it to life so I paired this with a new little creation of mine. It is part dragon, part fae. My daughter thinks I should call them Dragonoids. The filigree is painted with gold opaque watercolor. White accents added with acrylic. Medium: Watercolor and acrylic on Arches 140lb paper. Watermark is not on original.
