Onyx

Date: 5-1-2006 Inspiration: Though named for a friend's cat, it is not based on the little guy. I wanted to try a black cat and went for more of a smoky color. My daughter is fascinated with moons so a man in the moon image was born. The moon is hoping that Onyx will not become too interested in that fallen star. All our kitties are not declawed. Medium: Original is watercolor and acrylic on Arches 140lb cold press watercolor paper. Watermark is not on original.
